⭐ I’m Competing in Greatest Baker 2025! ⭐

I’m so excited to share that I’m officially in the running for Greatest Baker 2025! There’s no baking involved in the beginning of this competition — it’s all based on daily votes from supporters like you.

As many of you know, I grew up baking in my grandmother’s kitchen, learning the joy of homemade treats. Today, getting to share that same warmth and comfort with my customers is one of my greatest blessings.

If I’m lucky enough to win, the prize includes a 2-page feature in Bake from Scratch Magazine and $10,000, which I plan to put directly toward opening my first brick-and-mortar bakery — a dream I’ve been working toward for years.

My Story

Hi I am Rachel! My passion for baking started in my grandmother's kitchen as a young girl. In high school I started baking goods for friends. It didn't take long for me to fall in love with sharing my baked goods with people. Now as a mom I love sharing my passion with my children.

I have been selling my baked treats since 2009. I pride myself in making everything from scratch, which helps me to produce the best homemade chocolate chip cookies from scratch. 

In 2014 I moved to Gardnerville Nevada, for good this time lol. It took some time to figuring out baking at a higher altitude and in the dessert. After taking some time off to settle in I started baking again and slowly getting my goods out there. In 2023 we moved again, this time with kids! By 2024 we completed our family, I was a fulltime Stay-at-Home mom and we got the Bakery up and running. And boy did I run with it! In 2025 I took the leap to change the business into a LLC AND I started touring properties for a potential location for a Storefront Retail Bakery!
