Something very special is happening at Rachel’s Sweet Creations.

After years of dreaming about having a bakery of my own, that dream is finally becoming a reality. Rachel’s Sweet Creations Bakery & Café is coming to Downtown Fernley!

My love of baking started in my grandmother’s kitchen. Those early memories of making things from scratch, sharing food with the people I love, and watching something simple become something special are a huge part of why I do what I do today.

What began as a love of baking eventually became Rachel’s Sweet Creations—a small cottage bakery where I could share my scratch-made creations with my community.

From custom orders to farmers markets, craft fairs, holiday preorders, and everything in between, this little bakery has grown far beyond what I ever imagined.

And now...

Our new bakery & café at 1044 Inglewood Drive Ste#120 will give Rachel’s Sweet Creations a place to grow while giving our customers a place to stop in, grab something delicious, sit for a while, and enjoy the bakery experience.

You can expect a rotating selection of fresh, scratch-made goods, including breads, pastries, desserts, breakfast and café offerings, seasonal favorites, and plenty of things that will make it difficult to leave without taking something home.

And yes—there will still be plenty of the Rachel’s Sweet Creations favorites you've come to know and love.

Opening a bakery has been a dream I've carried for a long time, and getting to this point has taken a lot of hard work, late nights, flour-covered clothes, learning, growing, and more than a few moments of wondering, “Am I really doing this?”

But here we are.

We're really doing this.

The space is coming together, the equipment is finding its way into the kitchen, menus are being developed, and the final pieces are falling into place.

We're aiming for an Fall 2026 opening, and we'll keep you updated as we get closer.

There is still so much to do before we officially open our doors, and we'd love for you to be part of it.
